Elgin CC commit, wiry 5-foot-9, 150-pound frame with room to add strength. Coyle got the start for the Wolves at second base and batted leadoff. The right-handed hitter operated out of a balanced, athletic setup, with rhythmic hands that worked toward the ball. He put together multiple quality at-bats against a high velocity arm. He would attack early to hit an infield single in his first at-bat. In his second at-bat, he sat back on an 0-2 curveball to send a line drive single back up the middle to finish 2-for-3 on the day.

Body: 5-9, 150-pounds. Round shoulders, high waist, evenly proportioned.
Hit: RHH. Athletic setup, medium leg lift with short stride. Quick hands and barrel through the zone, flat path, works up the middle with authority. 63.7 mph bat speed with 11 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 86 max exit velocity, averaged 82.2 mph. 231’ max distance.
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Short arm action, some quickness out front. Accurate from a 3/4 arm slot.
Defense: Plays low to the ground, steady hands, length through release.
Run: 3.96 30-yard dash.

Body: 5-11, 150-pounds. Proportional frame with room for growth.
Hit: RHH. Balanced, relaxed setup, short stride. Simple, quiet swing, lets the ball travel, stays on balance and looks to control the barrel.
Power: 79 max exit velocity, averaged 70.6 mph.
Arm: RH. INF - 73 mph. 3/4 slot, played from multiple slots.
Defense: Two-hand gather out front, plays through the ball.
Run: 4.01 runner in the 30-yard dash.
