Purdue-Northwest commit. Currently ranked No. 295 in the state. Athletic 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame with some present strength throughout. Batted second and played centerfield for Morris. Showed athleticism and natural actions in the outfield, while displaying easy range and proper routes to the ball. In pre-game, Bounds also showed to have a strong arm for the position. A right-handed hitter, he has a hitterish look in the box, tallying two hits in the game - including a barreled single to the pull-side in his third at-bat. He also showed foot speed out of the box, posting a 4.39 down the line in his final at-bat.

Uncommitted. 6-foot, 178-pound frame, athletic with room to gain strength in the coming years. Started on the mound and fired a complete game for Morris with 10 strikeouts to pick up the win. Controls the pace of the game, attacked the zone with three pitches. Fastball worked around 81-83 mph throughout all seven innings, moving it to all quadrants of the zone. Went to a sharp breaking ball in the mid-70s with depth for swing and miss, also landed for strikes. Flashed a changeup in the mid/upper-70s with depth, similar arm-action to the fastball. Competitive right-hander still on the market.
