Michigan State commit. Ranked No. 204 in Illinois’ class of 2023. Stands at 6-foot-2, 195-pounds, with a strong build. Started on the mound in the Rams semifinal game. Works down the mound with a tall/fall delivery paired with a loose, clean and quick arm with acceleration out front. Showed a two-pitch mix in this look. Fastball sat 84-87 mph, topping at 88 mph. Curveball sat 73-76 mph with 11/5 shape. Threw five innings with six strikeouts.

Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 204 in the 2023 class. Toed the rubber against a talented St. Laurence club and fired five innings with one earned run, seven hits, five strikeouts and three walks. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound right-hander worked his fastball up to 90 mph early, sitting mostly 88-89 mph and settling in around 83-87 mph in the cold weather, showing some cutting action on the fastball as the game went on. He often went to a sharp 11/5 breaking ball with depth to pair off the fastball, 73-74 mph. High-upside right-hander to follow closely for schools looking to add a quality arm in the 2023 class.  

RHP Dylan Kaminski (DePaul Prep, 2023) threw three strong innings on day two. A long-levered 6-foot-2, 195-pound athlete, Kaminski’s fastball sat at 84-86 mph from a high release point on average (5.9 ft.) He threw a 76-78 mph changeup with gloveside action and spun a low-70s curveball as well.

RHP Dylan Kaminski (DePaul Prep, 2023) displayed above-average arm strength for his age during his ‘pen. The well-proportioned 6-foot, 190-pound junior pumped his fastball at an 85.2 mph max, sitting in the 83-85 mph range throughout.
