Aggressive swing, bat speed, long bat path and hard contact at times; 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, quick to the ball in the outfield, plays through at times and quick arm from an over-the-top slot. Throws carry and clocked at 87 mph. Ran a 7.56 60, with a stumble to start (has run a 7.40 in the past). On the mound, short, loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. Fastball works straight, 80-82, touching 83 mph. Slider looks to be best secondary, thrown aggressively, tight spin, late 10/4 action, 77 mph. Changeup, feel, sinking action, sat 76-78 mph.
8.8.17 - 5-foot-11, 180-pound, right-handed hitting outfielder with a thick lower half and well-proportioned strength. At the plate, balanced setup, smooth load and short stride. Aggressive swing, present bat speed, gap-to-gap approach and strength through contact; 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Finished the day 1-for-2. Defensively, reliable hands, long arm action, over-the-top slot, throws were accurate with carry, topping out at 85 mph. 7.40 runner in the 60, laser-timed.

Plays thru the ball with quick footwork. Threw 81 mph from the outfield. On the mound works from an over the top arm angle with a short arm action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed landing and some effort. Fastball sat 72-75 mph. Curveball showed 12-6 shape with short breaking action at 64-65 mph. Changeup sat 66-68 mph.

Offensively hits from balanced setup, short stride, and fair balance. Average bat speed, short path, gap-to-gap type. Exit velo off tee was 82 mph. Ran 7.77 60. On the mound, throws from high ¾ angle, in line direction, and square landing. Fastball sat 73-74 mph and touched 75 with occasional cut, curveball sat 63-66 mph, and changeup sat 66-68 mph.
