1.21.18 - Recent Triton JC commit. 5-foot-11, 185-pound, strong, left/left two-way prospect. Ran a 7.25 laser-timed 60. At the plate, balanced setup, short stride and good balance through contact. Stays short to the ball, strong wrists, fast bat and makes a lot of hard contact; 88 mph exit velocity from a tee. In the outfield, flashes natural outfield actions, fluid footwork, body control and a clean exchange. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, throws carry and topped at 84 mph. On the mound, left-handed pitcher, works on-line, smooth rhythm, lands square and regular effort throughout. Short, loose arm action from a high ¾ window. Fastball, occasional run and sink, 77-80 mph, touched 82. Curveball, 1/7 shape, firm, short break, 68-71 mph. Changeup, fade action, 72-74 mph.
