Delivery: Smooth drop and drive delivery and square landing.
Arm Action: RH. Quick arm action from a 3/4 slot. Arm is long and loose.
FB: T87, 84-87 mph. Straight fastball with arm-side run and sink. Average rpm 2232, 2399 max rpm.
CB: 73-76 mph. Power curveball tightly thrown with 11/5 shape. Average rpm 2270, 2305 max rpm.
CH: 77-79 mph. Straight change with fastball arm speed. Average rpm 1386, 1630 max rpm.

Hit: RHH. Balanced, athletic stance. Smooth leg kick load, Hands work well, short and direct to the ball.  Stays on plane and generates backspin to all fields.  Flashed pull side pop.

Arm Action: RH. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T89, 85-88 mph. Straight downward action.  T2331, 2250 average rpm.
CB: 71-73 mph. 11/5 break, flashed 12/6 depth. T2129, 1826 average rpm.

RHP Kyle Kaempf (McHenry): Kaempf, listed at 6-foot-1, 160 pounds, worked 85-88 mph, touching 89 from a quick, uptempo delivery. His changeup showed to be his best secondary pitch, with excellent feel and arm speed, while adding depth to his curveball. On top of his strong showing on the mound, Kaempf should be in no hurry to put down the bat. The right-handed hitting infielder, stays compact, creates whip in the barrel and consistently lined balls back up the middle in BP. Defensively, he plays with body control, sure-hands and a loose arm. Follow 2022 two-way prospect.

Positional Profile: SS/RHP 
Body: 6-foot-1, 150-pounds. Athletic, lean frame with upside.
Delivery: Drop and drive delivery, fluid rhythm, lands front-foot open and efffort throughout.
Arm Action: RH. Long loose quick arm action comes out of an over-the-top window.
FB: T85, 82-84 mph. Jumps out of the hand, heavy at times.
CB: 68-72 mph. 10/4 shape, occasional depth.
CH: 71-74 mph. Thrown with arm speed, gets sink when down in the zone.

Hit: RHH. Wide, crouched setup and leg-kick timing trigger. Loose athletic hands, level path, line-drive approach, on time and consistent hard contact.
Power: 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. 
Arm: RH. INF - 83 mph. Loose, lively arm, high 3/4 slot; throws played accurate and with carry.
Defense: Fluid, quick footwork, natural infield actions, soft hands, athletic double play turn and clean release with length at times.
Run: 7.45 runner in the 60.

Kaempf had an impressive start to Championship Sunday on the mound. The righty works with control on the mound and delivers with a high leg kick. Showed a good fastball and a sweeping slider that produced swing-and-miss strikeouts. Kaempf threw five shutout innings against the number one seed recording nine strikeouts in the morning. From the plate, Kaempf proved he is a dual threat hitting a double the left field wall.

5-foot-11, 140-pound, long and lean two-way prospect. At the plate, right-handed hitter, balanced setup, short stride and utilizes lower half in swing. Long bat path, line-drive approach, fluid rhythm and 77 mph exit velocity from a tee. On the infield, quick active feet, works through the baseball, infield actions, sure hands. Short, loose arm action, high ¾ slot and throws topped at 79 mph across the diamond. 4.76 runner, home-to-first. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, athletic drop and drive delivery, stays on-line and lands front-toe open. Short, quick arm action, over-the-top slot and regular effort throughout. Fastball, straight action, sat 75-76 mph, touched 78. Curveball, 11/5 shape, thrown for strikes, 60-62 mph. Changeup, feel, sinking action, 62-64 mph.
