Registered the top exit velocity of the event; 101 mph from a tee. Balanced setup, leg-kick timing trigger and aggressive swinger. Looks to drive the baseball with authority, present bat speed, long, bat path and gap-to-gap approach. On the infield, profiles at a corner infield spot. Steady hands, clean transfer, long arm action, high ¾ slot; throws flash carry at 84 mph across the infield. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, uptempo delivery, works on-line, lands front toe slightly closed and some effort throughout. Long, loose, quick arm out of a high ¾ window. Fastball thrown for strikes, works straight, occasional life through the zone, 83-84 mph, touched 85. Slider, has cutter action at times, aggressive arm speed, 10/4 shape, short, late action, some feel, 74-77 mph. Changeup, maintains arm speed, thrown for strikes, sinking action at times, 76-80 mph.

1.27.18 - 6-foot-1, 205-pound, physical, wide-shouldered, two-way prospect. At the plate, right-handed hitter, advanced bat strength for age; 98 mph exit velocity from a tee. Starts from a wide, balanced setup, leg-lift timing trigger and fluid rhythm. Swings with intent, present bat speed and ball jumps off his bat. Long bat path, gap-to-gap approach, flashed pull power at times. On the infield, profiles as a third baseman. Steady hands, clean release, throws out of a high ¾ slot, accurate throws, carry across the diamond at 84 mph. 7.04 runner in the 60, laser-timed. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, uptempo delivery, some effort and works on-line. Quick arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball, thrown for strikes, mostly straight, 83-86 mph. Slider, looks like a cutter at times, short break, 10/4 shape, sharp spin and thrown aggressively at 76-79 mph. Changeup, mostly straight, 76-80 mph.

6.7.17 - 6-foot, 195-pound two-way player, solid build with some strength. Offensively showed bat strength, 92 mph exit velocity from the tee. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup, leg kick trigger, lower half engaged, average balance. Occasional jumped off bat at contact, strong swing, attacked the baseball, long path to it. Defensively arm action has length, high ¾ slot, loose arm, carried at 83 mph across. Action play through the baseball, long release at times, profiles best at third base. 7.33 runner in the 60. On the mound arm played loose and clean, high ¾ slot, regular effort. Fastball had slight run, 79-80 mph, touched 83 mph. Curveball has 11/5 plane, 69-72 mph. Changeup is best off speed offering, near fastball arm action, sinking action, 70-74 mph.
