The lefty was dominating through his entire outing able to collect six strikeouts before being taken out. His fastball was sitting 82-85 mph and the slider was sitting 70-73 mph. The fastball had a late-in-zone movement that paired well with a slider that was able to generate easy swings and misses. Hoffer has a presence on the mound with a loose and fluid arm that attacked hitters early. Generating easy velocity with a good off-speed pitch, Hoffer is a name to watch in the 2026 uncommitted class.
