+ Another uncommitted 2022 worthy of a high-follow from the Indiana Bulls vs Midwest Canes semi-final matchup was RHP Drew Dickson (Zionsville HS, IN), who started on the mound for the Bulls. Dickson has a 6-foot-3, 195-pound, strong, physically-advanced frame and featured an above average three-pitch mix. The arm plays clean, from an over-the-top window with some quickness out front. The fastball came out of the hand easy, worked mostly straight with tilt at the bottom of the zone and topped at 84 mph. Dickson was able to land his curveball for strikes early in counts and showed feel for a straight changeup at 72 mph.

2/23/2019: Drew Dickson, RHP/3B, Zionsville HS, 2022, 6 foot 3, 185 pounds, is an interesting two way prospect with arm speed and bat speed and big projectable frame. On the mound Drew throws from a high ¾ slot and medium arm action. Fastball sat 80-81 with some good down angle, and has plenty of room to add more velo down the road. Curveball sat 70-75 and had good down action with 11/5 shape. CH also had good down action and sat 71-73. At the plate Drew uses a high leg kick from an open stance. Gets on plane very well for his age and has plus bat speed for his age as he recorded a max exit velo of 92 mph.
