3/4/18
5-foot-3, 135 pound right hand hitting prospect swing with a slight uphill bat path. Hand speed was quick. Barreled several balls up showing average power in his swing. Lower half is developing activation and energy transfer. Exit velocity was 71 mph. Behind the dish he showed quickness to his feet as he pops out of his mid crouch. Exchange skills were mostly clean. Should see easy improvements in timing as arm strength increases with maturity.

Pop Times: 2.56-2.74
Catcher Velocity: 59
Exit Velocity: 71

3/19/17

A contact type hitter that uses a simple approach mechanically. Would be aided by getting more out of his loading sequence. Path is mostly level and swing is compact. Was at his best when he worked the middle of the field. Behind the plate he was for the most part mechanically sound. Footwork and exchange skills will need to continue to improve if he wants to stay behind the plate.

60-yard dash: 8.97

Catcher Velocity: 63

Pop Times: 2.87-3.14

Exit Velocity: 54
