Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 85 mph; shows consistent feet, a fluid exchange, and sure hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.01. On the mound, used a consistent arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Threw his fastball 83-86 mph. (Max spin 2304; Avg 2179). Showed a 11/5 curveball (73-76) with slight sweeping action.

(22.1 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Has quick bat speed, short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 87 mph; had a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent footwork. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Showed a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 84-87 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2473; Avg 2278). Showed a 11/5 curveball (70-75) with gradual sweeping action. (Max spin 2397; Avg 2373). He has slight fading action on his changeup (75-76). Throws a 10/4 slider (73-75) with tight late action. (Max spin 2465; Avg 2442). Ran a 3.99 30 yard dash.

(21.73 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a small leg kick stride. Bat speed is efficient, has a level rotational swing plane and level finish. Found some barrels during his rounds. Line drive approach. Solid when throwing from the outfield, he showed off his strong arm with throws at velocities of 88 mph;has a natural fluid exchange, soft hands, and rhythmic athletic feet. Out front fielding mechanics. Showed a compact arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.84. 

Hit: Right-handed hitter that begins in an athletic balanced stanced. Simple loading sequence for regular timing. Quick back load to hands, leg kick for timing purposes . Level path through the zone with natural lift.

Field:Plays with good tempo and the approach to the ball is solid. Showcased athleticism,  ball skills are on par for class.
Throw: Throws from a ¾ slot form the OF, with an above average arm for class.
Defensive Projection: Corner OF

Delivery/Scouting Notes: A definite follow in the 2023 class. The Westerville Central product is already up to 86 on the mound. Keeps an up tempo delivery and consistent arm speed. High hands that swing to generate momentum
Fastball: Sinking fastball with regular cut
Breaking Ball: Sharp breaking ball late. Tunnels well with the fastball
Changeup: Mimics fastball arm speed. Released from a lower ¾ arm slot to get more sinking action

Hit:Balanced stroke, level path with rotational tendencies. Natural ball flight to the middle of the field. Very fast rotator at 23gs according to blast. Ball jumps when squared.
Power:Gap pop.
Offensive Projection:Multiple Roles.

Field:Feet show quickness in his approach in the outfield. Plays with good tempo in general. Ball skills are ahead of the curve for class.
Throw:3/4 righty with developing strength.
Defensive Projection: TBD on how arm develops.

Scouting Notes:Definite arm to follow in the 2023 class. Uptempo, athletic delivery. 3/4 slot is tough for hitters to handle from both sides of the plate. Fastball shows late life through the zone around 80mph. Slider was sharp with late depth. Potential swing/miss offering.

Power: 85 mph exit velocity. Gap pop.
Offensive Projection: Middle of the lineup potential.

Field: An outfielder that plays with quick feet without compromising fluidity. Looked comfortable during his play through and got rid of the ball in a timely fashion.
Throw: ¾ right-hander with accuracy. 80 mph arm strength to home plate.
Defensive Projection: Corner Outfield.

Body Type: 5-foot-10, 160-pound physical frame. 
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Uptempo delivery that requires some effort. ¾ right-hander with slinging arm action. Finishes with good direction. Drop and drive type.
Fastball: 74-78 mph. Slot gives him natural action on the fastball.
Curveball: 60-62 mph. 12/6 early breaker with more action than depth to it.
Pitchability: In/out. Flashed the ability to throw both pitches in the zone.
