10/3/15 6-foot, 180-pound primary third baseman. Uncommitted senior sat 82-84 from a high 3/4 arm slot. Curveball showed 11/5 break with tight rotation. Strike thrower with command of lower half of the strike zone. 75 mph changeup is an above average offering with arm-side run and some sink.

10/3/15 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitter took one of the top rounds of batting practice on the day. Uncommitted senior starts from a slightly open stance and strides to square. Displayed a solid feel for the barrel with some present power (89 mph bat exit velocity). Improved foot speed (7.25 60-yard dash) has resulted in solid footwork and range at third base. Displayed ability to play through the baseball with good carry to accurate throws across the diamond (83 mph).

7/21/15 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitter. Started from a slightly open stance and strode to square. Keeps body and head still in pull-oriented swing. Ran a 7.35 60-yard dash and in-game best 4.59 home-to-1B time. Showcased 89-mph exit velocity during workout. Arm is still recovering from injury, so did not air it out, but has shown 86-mph arm strength in the past. Otherwise, he exhibited his consistently solid feet, actions, and hands.
6/17/15 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitter. Started from a slightly open stance and strode to square. Simple approach, eyes stayed level. Swing has some length and front hip leaves early at times. Showcased 85-mph exit velocity during workout (arm strength was down considerably due to recent arm ailment). Very solid defender. Good feet and hands, gains ground on throws, completes slow roller well.
2/15/15 Despite his velo being a couple ticks down from previous outings, Jamanis showed the same rhythmic delivery and feel for his three-pitch mix as usual. He has a slight hesitation and reaches a few extra inches with his stride foot when it initially appears it is going to land, which could create timing issues for the hitter. He throws strikes with his fastball and changeup, both of which are fairly straight, as well as his curveball, which has 11/5 action.
2/14/15 Jamanis starts slightly open and takes a short stride to square with his hands in a good launch position. His approach is simple, he keeps his head still throughout his swing, and he did a nice job generating backspin. Defensively, Jamanis exhibits solid hands and very good feet to go along with his strong, accurate arm. His prospect status will continue to improve as his footspeed continues to improve.

1/10/15 Jamanis flashed the top arm strength among position players on the day at 85 mph across the diamond. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound two-way prospect displayed solid footwork and fluid actions while making plays at both third base and shortstop. The right-handed hitter repeatedly barreled the baseball in batting practice from a slightly open stance while routinely staying inside the baseball. Jamanis' 88 mph bat exit velocity also was tops at the event.The two-way prospect sat 82-84 during a solid bullpen session in which he pounded the strike zone with three pitches. Jamanis utilizes a simple deliver with a quick arm out of a high 3/4 arm slot. His changeup displayed some cut action at 71 mph while his 75 mph curveball showed good bite and 11/5 rotation.
11/1/14 Jamanis has a quick arm and stays on-line to the plate well. He consistently worked down in the zone with a fastball at 81-83 and touched 84-mph. The 6-foot, 170-pounder showed some feel for spinning an 11/5 curveball at 70-71, and a very good feel for his change-up at 72-73 with sink. Jamanis compensated for sitting back on ground balls by exhibiting among the best feet and hands at the event. When forced to come get a slow roller, he showed an ability to make plays on the move. He starts from a slightly open stance and strides to square. He stays on top of the ball, exhibits good bat speed, and remains balanced throughout this swing.
9/28/14 Jamanis has worked hard to add 6-foot, 170-pound frame. The right-handed hitter, ranked No. 97 in the PA Class of 2016, showcased an 83 mph bat exit velocity and the ability to drive the baseball from an open right-handed stance with a direct swing path. Jamanis went 1-for-2 with a sacrifice fly to deep left-center field during game play. He flashed the top arm of the day at 82 mph across the diamond while displaying the ability to play through the baseball.
6/25/14 Jamanis hits from a slightly open stance and utilizes a lift and replace stride foot to create a bat exit velocity of 90 mph. The right-handed hitter displayed a fluid swing with good hands in a solid round of batting practice. Jamanis showcased an 82 mph arm across the diamond and a soft glove hand with the ability to make plays on the move. The righty sat 80-82 on the mound from a high 3/4 arm slot with command of a 68 mph curveball with slider action.
2/15/14 Jamanis hits from a square, narrow stance with good balance and rhythm to his swing. He displayed the ability to barrel the baseball routinely with a bat exit velocity of 80 mph. The 5-foot-11, 170-pound sophomore showcased the ability to play the baseball on the move with an accurate 79 mph arm across the diamond. Jamanis turned in a 4.69 home-to-1B time.
