He also showed improved feel for a mid-70s curveball with late break that got plenty of swings and misses low in the zone. Currently ranked No. 53 inside the state’s 2024 class.

Has been trending up this spring/summer after a successful showing at the Preseason Underclass showcase. Stands out with a 6-foot-6, 205-pound frame with long-levers. Moves well for his size, getting downhill and utilizing a whippy arm action. Mostly fastballs, working in the mid-80s, T87 mph with finish through the zone. Went to a mid-70s changeup with confidence that has out-pitch potential. Also flashed feel for a low-70s curveball with gradual break. Still more velocity to come within the frame. Currently ranked No. 48 in the state’s 2024 class.

His low-70s curveball is presently above-average, working off a 10/4 plane, featuring sharp action and an average spin rate of 2,220 rpm. Chambers also showed a projectable right-handed bat with length through the zone, and he registered a max batted distance of 324 feet.
