6.12.18 - 6-foot-2, 210-pound, strong, durable-build, thick upper and lower halves, right-handed pitcher, projectable frame. Arm action works long and loose, slight stab/wrap on back-side, gets out front quickly. Compact delivery, quick two-step to balance point, works on-line, lands square, finishes athletically. Fastball, gets on top, run action, commanded, sat 86-88. Curveball, 11/5 shape, late, sharp action, maintains fastball arm speed, feel for, 71-76. Changeup, near fastball arm speed, thrown with intent, arm side run, commanded, 80-82.

6.5.18 - 6-foot-2, 210-pound, two-way prospect, large frame. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, compact delivery, works with rhythm, stays on-line and finishes athletically. Long, loose arm action from an over-the-top slot. Fastball works straight, sat 82-85 mph. Curveball 12/6 action, depth at times, 70-71 mph. Changeup down in the zone, occasional fade action, 76 mph. At the plate, right-handed hitter, balanced setup, smooth load, inward turn and short stride. Aggressive swing, path works uphill, present bat strength, gap-to-gap approach and 95 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, at first base, steady hands, plays under control. Long arm action, throws clocked at 78 mph across the diamond. 4.86 runner home-to-first.

4.28.18 - Uncommitted, currently ranked No. 39 in the Illinois’ 2019 class. 6-foot-2, 210-pound, right-handed pitcher, thick, durable lower half. Started on the mound for Normal Community. Went six innings, scattered six hits, no runs, struck out seven and walked four. Calm, confident demeanor on the mound, rarely shows emotion. Repeated delivery, especially early in the outing, worked on-line and with rhythm. Strong, balanced at leg-lift, strong front side and easy effort throughout. Long arm swing, slight wrap on the backside, loose and easy out of a high ¾ slot. Utilized a three-pitch mix throughout. Fastball thrown for strikes, works mostly straight, occasional arm-side-run, sat 83-84 mph, touched 85 a couple of times. Curveball 12/6 shape, flashed tight spin at times, depth, 69-70 mph. Saw only a few changeups, flashed late run, feel, potential out pitch, 79-80 mph.

2.19.18 - 6-foot-2, 210-pound, big-bodied, infielder, strong lower half. At the plate, right-handed hitter, balanced slightly open setup, smooth load and leg-kick timing trigger. Fluid rhythm, fast bat, long, uphill bat path, gap-to-gap approach and a lot of hard contact. 88 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, clean, quick release and flashed a big arm across the diamond. Long, over-the-top arm action, accurate throws with carry clocked at 86 mph. 7.89 runner in the 60.

2.11.18 - 6-foot-2, 210-pound right-handed pitcher, thick strong build. Mound presence, confident demeanor, repeats and works on-line. Arm action is clean and easy, projects well, quick loose arm, advanced arm speed. Feel for fastball, ability to command, occasional run and sink, hot finish, 86-88 mph, topped at 89 mph. Curveball plays 12/6, sharp action, showed feel, 71-74 mph. Changeup thrown with fastball arm speed, deceptive and aggressive, has feel and runs to arm side, 78-81 mph.

2.26.17 - 6-foot-2, 220-pound, wide shoulders, right-handed pitcher and first baseman. On the mound, works from a ¾ arm slot with long arm action. Tall and fall delivery, works on-line, lands square and finishes in an athletic position. Fastball sat at 80-83 mph, topped out at 84 mph. Curveball, 11/5 shape, sharp action, clocked at 67-68 mph. Changeup, thrown with near fastball arm speed, sinking action, clocked at 70-72 mph. Defensively, works from a high ¾ arm slot with long arm action. Clocked at 76 mph across the infield. Fields his position athletically. Offensively, balanced setup, wrap, bar load, short stride, lower half works, maintains balance through swing. Gap-to-gap hitter with pull power potential, short, level barrel path through the zone. Recorded an 87 mph exit velocity off a tee. Ran a 4.87 home to first.

1.15.17 - 6-foot-1, 220-pound right-handed pitcher, solid build, strong lower half. Tall and fall delivery, arm action is long and over the top, comes out of short window. Easy and repeats, kept ball down. Fastball is straight, 78-81 mph, topped at 82 mph, showed feel for the zone. Curveball has action and depth, 12/6 shape, 64-68 mph. Changeup is down, 68-71 mph.
