Illinois Wesleyan commit. Athletic 5-foot-10, 170-pound frame with room to add strength. Started in center and hit out of the four-hole. Gugora was the star of the game for Benet as he went 2-for-3 at the plate. The right-handed hitter operates from a wide, balanced stance with a toe-tap. Pure, whippy swing with pull-side power. Pull-side approach. Connected on an RBI double to left field in the first inning. In his final at-bat, he drove a ball down the third base line for another RBI double.

OF Josh Gugora (Benet Academy, 2025) had a loud showing with the bat. The strong 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitter recorded the third-highest exit velocity for the event at 92.5 mph, paired with the second-highest average EV at 83.9 mph.

Arm: RH. OF - 80 mph. Short, compact path, low 3/4 release.
