7.13.18 - Verbally committed to St. Louis.

2.19.18 - 6-foot-2, 190 pound, athletically built, right handed pitching prospect. Tilt and topple style, directionally in line, square landing, solid, athletic finish, smooth rhythm throughout. High front side, loose, short, clean arm action, quick arm speed, over the top slot, gets over front side well, creates angle, easy effort involved. Fastball was straight, occasional hard run, 81-85 mph, topped 86 mph. Curveball showed depth, 11/5 shape, 69-72 mph. Changeup, maintains fastball arm speed, good fading action, ranged 75-79 mph.

3.16.18 - 6-foot-2, 190-pound, strong, wide-shouldered third baseman. Started at third base and hit cleanup. Right-handed hitter, present bat speed, swings with aggressive intent, some lift in swing. Hard runner out of the box, beat out an infield ground ball in his first at-bat and in a later at-bat, pulled a ball to left field for another single. Finished 2-for-3 with two singles and a walk.   

2.11.18 - 6-foot-2, 190-pound, strong, wide-shouldered, right-handed hitting corner infielder. At the plate, balanced setup, hands load into a low slot, leg-kick timing trigger and aggressive swing. Attacks the baseball, violent at times, lift in swing, present bat speed, flashes hard contact to the pull-sie and 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. On the infield, steady hands, clean transfer, some effort in release. Long arm action, high ¾ slot and throws topped at 83 mph. 7.51 runner in the 60.

1.28.18 - 6-foot-2, 190-pound third baseman with strong, athletic frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced, open setup, short stride, maintains balance throughout. Simple, fluid swing, advanced bat speed, uphill path, hard contact, gap-to-gap approach; 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, long, over-the-top arm action. Fields athletically, fluid footwork, clean exchange; 84 mph across the infield. 4.62 home-to-first.

6.7.17 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound two-way player, lanky athletic frame, has lean strength. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, solid balance, hands set low and away from the body. Quiet simple load and attacks the baseball, flashed quick twitch hands generating bat speed, 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is long, over the top slot, 79 mph across the diamond. Defensively plays through the baseball, some effort. 7.46 runner in the 60. On the mound arm played long and loose, over the top. High front side. Fastball showed tilt and fell for the zone, 79-81 mph 82 mph. Curveball plays 12/6, sharp action at times, 70-73 mph. Changeup thrown with some arm speed, 74-76 mph.

1.15.17 - Lanky frame, thin build, 6-foot-1, 180-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, leg kick trigger, average balance. Path has length, showed bat speed, uphill path. 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm played at 76 mph across the diamond, long arm action, over the top slot. Plays with some effort, average hands, ability to play laterally. 7.56 runner in the 60.

8.16.16 - 6-foot-1, 180-pound, athletically built, physically advanced, two-way prospect. Right-handed hitter, his bat is currently his best tool. Fluid rhythm in swing, present bat speed, aggressive with some looseness in hands; 85 mph exit velocity from a tee. Balanced setup, smooth deep pre-pitch load, leg-lift timing trigger, uphill path and a gap-to-gap approach. Defensively, steady hands on the infield with some effort on throws. Arm works long and over-the-top and clocked at 75 mph across the infield. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, uptempo delivery, high front side and some effort throughout.  Arm works out of a high ¾ window. Fastball, occasional arm-side-run and sat 75-76 mph. Curveball flashed sharp, late action at times, worked 11/5 and sat 67-68 mph. Feel for a changeup, maintains arm speed, cutting action at times, 72-74 mph. 2019 right-handed hitter to follow.
