Freshman. 6-foot-1, 180-pounds with an athletic build. The right-handed hitter reached up to 97 mph for his max exit velocity with a max distance of 357’, averaging 91.7 mph off the bat and staying on the barrel 86% of the time according to TrackMan. 6.84 runner in the 60-yard dash.  

Positional Profile: RHP/SS
Body: 6-2, 200-pounds. Large frame with mature physical build.
Delivery: Drop and drive type delivery, works with some effort, lands square.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm action, plunge on back side, works out of a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T85, 83-84 mph. Slight arm side run, relies heavily on it.
CB: 69-69 mph. Showed one in game, flashed 11/5 shape. 

Hit: RHH. Athletic setup with low hands, leg kick stride and looks to go attack the baseball. Some length in path on slight uphill stroke, showed bat strength, pull side approach with average exit velocity in BP of 96 mph.
Power: 92 mph exit velocity from the tee. Hard pull side power.
Arm: RH. INF - 94 mph. Plus arm across the diamond, over the top and athletic arm, carries well and showed accuracy.
Defense: Third base profile, fluid feet showed athleticism when on the move, above average hands.
Run: 7.17 runner in the 60. 

+ RHP Ryan Bibb (Mascoutah HS, IL, 2022) got the start on the mound in the mid-morning game for the St. Louis Gamers. Bibb has a strong, well-proportioned build and clean, quick arm. Bibb’s fastball was around the plate throughout, occasionally getting late, hard running action and working mostly 80-82 mph, touching 83.

Delivery: Methodical delivery, coiled at balance point, stays closed down the mound and lands front-toe closed.
Arm Action: RH. Long, loose, quick arm action, high 3/4 slot.

CB: 63-67 mph. 11/5 to 10/4 shape, thrown for strikes.
SL: 76-76 mph. Thrown aggressively, 10/4 sweeping shape.

Hit: RHH. Open setup, smooth load, leg-lift timing trigger. Aggressive approach, swings with intent, fast bat and natural lift in swing. Looks to elevate the baseball to the pull side.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Pull-side power potential.
Arm: RH. INF - 87 mph. Short, quick arm action, high 3/4 slot and throws played accurate and with carry across the infield.
Defense: Fundamentally sound, gets around the baseball, plays through, sure-handed and clean transfer.
Run: 4.32 runner home to first.

Arm: RH. INF - 87 mph. Short and loose arm action, throws from a high 3/4 slot, played accurate with carry across the infield.
Hit: RHH. Balanced setup, smooth load, leg kick stride, fluid rhythm. Short path, line drive approach, flashed gap-to-gap ability.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity from the tee. 
Run: 6.98 runner in the 60. Above-average for his age.
Delivery: Drop and drive delivery, lands square, spins off to first base side.
Arm Action: RH. Clean, loose arm action, above average arm speed, works from a high 3/4 slot.
FB: T83, 80-83 mph. Straight action, comes out easy.
CB: 61-68 mph. Tight 11/5 shape, sharp action. Potential swing-and-miss offering.
CH: 71-72 mph. Near fastball arm speed, straight with slight fade action.

2/19/18 - Bibb is a 6-foot 160-pound right-handed shortstop and right handed pitcher in Illinois’ 2022 class.  He ran a 4.20 home to first and has an 87 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced stance, leg kick to in line stride, quiet hands, level swing path with loose hands generating quick bat speed, middle of the field approach.  On the infield, 85 mph positional velocity, three quarters arm slot, quick transfer with fast feet, creates momentum to throw playing through the ball, strong young athlete with high ceiling. On the mound, Bibb comes from a high three quarters arms lot, loose arm action with athletic delivery, in line stride, body stays under control, shows the ability to repeat with a release out in front, fastball at 75-79 mph, slight late run, change up at 72-74 mph, throws with near fastball arm speed, slight late sinking action, young arm with high upside.
