Eastern Illinois commit; currently ranked No. 18 in the Illinois’ 2021 class. Got the start in game two of the day against No. 8 Edwardsville. One of the top pitchability right-handed arms in the class. Loose, quick arm action, plays out of a ¾ to low-¾ slot. Commands the fastball to both sides of the plate, advanced horizontal action, flattens out at times, sat 86-88 mph, T89 early. Settled in at 84-87 mph. Also, showed two different breaking balls with a sweeping slider being his preferred offering but also showed a big 12/6 curveball with depth. Trusts his slider and will go to it in any count; 74-75 mph with 2500+ rpm at times. Curveball played at 63-67 mph.

Positional Profile: SS 
Body: 5-foot-9, 180-pounds. Live-bodied, well-proportioned frame.
Hit: RHH. Balanced setup, smooth load and leg-kick/hang timing trigger. Fast hands, present twitch, level path, creates occasional pull-side leverage and ball jumps off the barrel.
Power: 96 mph exit velocity from the tee. Advanced bat strength.
Arm: RH. INF - 94 mph. Loose, quick, live arm action from a 3/4 slot; throws play with life, carry and accurate across the diamond.
Defense: Steady defender, reliable hands, plays with body control, long release, winds up at times.
Run: 7.13 runner in the 60.

Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 5-foot-9, 180-pounds. Smaller frame with stocky build. Compact, strong lower half.
Delivery: Tall and fall delivery, side rocker into balance point, stays balanced and works directional, solid front side, works with some effort.
Arm Action: RH. High 3/4 slot, loose quick arm, arm strength present.
FB: T91, 89-91 mph. Mostly straight, four seam type action, showed control of the zone.
SL: 77-77 mph. 10/4 sweeping action, repeats well with above average consistency, excellent control.
CH: 81-82 mph. Fastball arm speed, sinking action.

10.21.18 - 5-foot-9, 170-pound, right-handed hitting/throwing two-way player, athletic frame. On the mound, athleticism in delivery, live actions, works with tempo, sturdy balance, works in-line, spins to first at finish, rhythm involved. Short arm action, quick, easy arm speed, high ¾ window. Fastball, slight run to arm side, came out easy, 83-84 mph. Curveball, 10/4 gradual break, 67-68 mph. Changeup played 74-77 mph. At the plate, balanced setup, smooth load, leg kick trigger, slight dive. Level bat path with present  bat speed, strong hands, pull side tendencies, rhythm involved, exit velocity topped 84 mph from a tee. Defensively, plays through the ball, steady hands, long to release. Arm plays long and loose, winds up, high ¾ slot, throws carried at 86 mph across the diamond. 7.45 runner in the 60.
