6/6/18 - Drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 39th round out of Barrington HS.

4.23.18 - State JC of Florida commit, currently ranked No. 20 in the Illinois’ 2018 class. Right-handed hitting center fielder; lean, athletic, live body with wiry strength. High-level defensive center fielder with natural oufield actions. Covers a ton of ground, quick first step, gets to top-end speed quickly and takes concise routes to the baseball. Almost made a highlight-reel play early on in the game, ranging into deep left-center field on a ball tailing away from him. Laid out, full-extension and the ball tipped off the tip of his glove. Made a number of other plays look relatively easy.  During pregame I/O played through the baseball, soft hands and arm showed well above average; plays true, accurate and carries. At the plate, right-handed hitter, leads off for Barrington. Confident, athletic look in the box, smooth load and leg-lift timing trigger. Not your prototypical leadoff hitter swing; looks to drive the baseball and is aggressive to pitches in the zone. Present bat speed and quick twitch in swing. Smoked a double down the left-field line in his second at-bat, 4.64 on the turn. Also walked, was hit by a pitch and reached on an error. High-level 2018 outfield prospect.

2.13.18 - De-committed from Illinois and committed to State College of Florida.

7.11.17 - Illinois recruit, currently ranked No. 23 in Illinois’ 2018 class. 6-foot-1, 155-pound right-handed hitting outfielder, wiry-athletic frame, young build with plenty of room for continued physical development. Shows natural outfield actions and instincts; takes confident, aggressive routes, fields the ball in rhythm, plays through the ball well. Highly athletic arm, over-the-top slot, clocked at 85 mph, arm plays up with carry. Offensively, shows loose, athletic hands; lacks strength but generates bat speed. Aggressive approach, utilizes pronounced leg lift back, minimal load, long through the ball. Registered 92 mph exit velocity with wood. Went 1-for-3 in game with an infield single; 4.37 down the line.

5.5.17 - Illinois commit. Long legged, wiry projectable frame, loose athlete, 6-foot-1, 155-pound outfielder. Easy runner in the outfield, covers ground, effortless defender. Right-handed hitter, leg kick trigger on time, hands stay back. Takes competitive at-bats, understands the strike zone with good pitch recognition and rarely chases pitches out of the strike zone; worked multiple deep counts in game and drew a number of walks. Turned on an 88 mph fastball in game one of the Future Games and doubled down the left-field line. Balanced setup, smooth load and good balance through contact. Registered an 88 mph exit velocity. Defensively, profiles as a centerfielder who can play all three outfield spots. Quick feet with aggressiveness in the outfield, gets good reads, takes the proper angles and covers a lot of ground. Athletic arm action, works long and loose from an over-the-top slot; clocked at 83 mph from the outfield.

7.30.16 - 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitting outfielder with a lanky, athletic frame. Balanced setup at the plate with a quick bat. Went 2-2 in game with a double and a single.
