2023 Junior Future Games participant OF Hays Ensley (Mulvane, 2027) continued to show why he is a top-10 prospect in the state’s 2027 class. An athletic mover at 5-foot-10, 160-pounds, Ensley was among the event leaders in nearly every category. In BP he swung a quick right-handed barrel, consistently barreling balls through the middle of the field, reaching a top exit velocity of 91.2 mph while leading the event with a strong average of 86.7 mph per batted ball. From the outfield, the sophomore paced all of his peers with a 86 mph bullet on his firmest throw while also running a 6.88 60 for good measure.
