Unsigned Senior Showcase: Stats Posted

The Prep Baseball Report Unsigned Senior Showcase took place on Sunday October 11^th at the MAX in McCook, Illinois. Over 125 players took part in a pro style workout in front of the PBR Scouting Staff and over 45 College Coaches.

6-foot-7 RHP Jim Jarecki of Marquette High School in Milwaukee stood out on the mound working 84-86 topping out at 87 mph complimented by a slurve at 74-77 mph.

Athletic middle infielder Jeran Simpson from Wheaton Warrenville South impressed with 96 mph exit velocity and ran a 7.01 60.

6-foot-4 RHP Trevor Newton from Lincoln-Way Central showed a three pitch feel running his fastball up to 85 mph.

OF Jacob Ahrens from McHenry had a solid day with 95 mph exit velocity, threw 86 mph from the outfield, and ran the 60 at 6.99.

SS Colin Rivard from Naperville North ran a 6.84 60 and showed strength thru contact with 90 mph exit velocity.
