Team Ohio Future Games Spotlight: Quinn Lavelle, LHP

On July 30th through August 1st, PBR Ohio will take a select team of players in the Classes of 2017 and 2018 to represent Ohio at the PBR Future Games in Indianapolis at Grand Park.

Players receive exposure unlike any other event for underclassmen. Last year, 100+ colleges from all over the country were in attendance, including coaches from every Division I power conference in the country. Only players who have a legitimate shot at being a Division I recruit and who have an interest in the possibility of making a verbal commitment during their sophomore or junior seasons have been considered.

Thoughts on being selected to play in PBR's Future Games and representing the great state of Ohio: "I am humbled for the opportunity to play with some of the best players in the state of Ohio and excellent competition from many other states."

How has PBR helped as far as recruiting and exposure: "PBR has been a great tool for players like me that have the desire to move on expose themselves in a manner we could not do by ourselves through its showcases and through social media."

Athletic awards or academic accolades that you have received (All-State teams, Preseason all-state teams, league honors, honor roll, etc): "1st Team All-Diamond League, MVP at St. Ed’s freshman year, High Honor Roll for two years"

Summer: 7-0, 0.76 ERA, 37.0 innings, 5 CG, 31 K
