Following an extremely busy winter with our staff having an opportunity to see close to 700 prospects across the state an update to the Pennsylvania Class of 2021 rankings includes the addition of 30 new players to the list. The total now stands at 100 and will grow to between 250 and 300 by the time this class graduates in 27 months. Look for an update to the PBR overall rankings for this class to be released in the coming weeks. 

+ RHP Alex Estrada (Council Rock North) enters this update at No. 36 following an impressive bullpen at the Bucks County Generals Scout Day. The 5-foot-11, 230-pounder will have to concentrate on working hard on his physique moving forward, but does an excellent job of maintaining his balance in an easy, repeatable delivery that produces consistent mid-80s fastballs. Estrada also commanded his curveball at 75-76 with solid tilt and 11/5 rotation. A changeup at 76-80 with good sell completes an above average three pitch mix.

+ 3B Cole Hertzler (Boyertown Area) and OF/RHP Nathan Polo (State College Area) enter this update at No. 52 and No. 54 respectively following solid performances on day two of the Preseason All-State Showcase. Hertzler, displayed advanced arm strength defensively at 89 mph across the diamond and present gap power in his right-handed swing. Polo showcased the ability to stay in the hitting zone for extended periods of time with an efficient left-hand swing while also creating some backspin with signs of future power.
