Hit: RHH. Balanced setup, smooth loading action, small leg-lift timing trigger. Easy effort, long through the zone, natural lift and pull-side tendencies.
Power: 81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Max exit velocity of 87.85 mph during BP, via Trackman
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot, throws played accurate and with carry across the diamond.
Defense: Light on his feet, plays through the baseball, sure-handed, clean and easy on the move.
Run: 6.99 runner in the 60.
Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 170-pound, wiry, athletic, right-handed pitcher, currently ranked No. 103 in the state. Stuff and velocity continues to tick up. Came out of the bullpen for the Cangelosi Sparks. Maloney has length on the backside and is loose and quick out front with seemingly much more in the tank. His fastball sat 85-86 mph with arm-side-run and life at times. He went to a sweeping 67-70 mph curveball as his go-to secondary offering. Follow 2021 arm.

Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: Fluid footwork at times, steady two-hand gather, clean funnels, smooth on the move, plays through the baseball, athletic body control.
Run: 6.98 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Delivery has deception, high and strong front side, works in line, lands front-toe slightly closed.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm action, deep plunge out of glove. Releases from a high 3/4 slot, arm works out front.
FB: T83, 81-83 mph. Four-seam plays with heavy action. Two-seam plays with arm-side-run.
CB: 64-65 mph. Maintains near fastball arm speed. 10/4 shape with late action.
CH: 74-76 mph. Maintains near fastball arm speed. Plays with arm-side-run and sink. Located the pitch down in the zone.
5-foot-11, 155-pound, wiry, right-handed pitcher, currently ranked No. 38 in IL. Started on the mound for Lincoln-Way Central. Struck out five in three innings of work. Delivery works with rhythm, high front side, occasionally gets rotational. Arm work long, wrap on the backside, quick and loose out of a high ¾ slot. Fastball gets hard run and sink at times, sat 79-81 mph. Curveball 11/5 shape, depth, 68 mph. Changeup, maintains arm speed, arm-side-run, feel, 74-76 mph. True three-pitch mix and plenty of velocity to come as he continues to add strength to his lean frame.
5-foot-11, 155-pound, long and lean two-way prospect. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, slow, deliberate delivery, high front side, works on-line and lands slightly closed. Long arm action, high ¾ slot, loose and quick out front. Fastball, thrown for strikes, mostly straight, sat 80-82 mph, touched 83. Curveball, maintains arm speed, 11/5 shape, depth, 65-66 mph. Changeup, thrown aggressively, arm-side-run, thrown for strikes, 72-75 mph. 7.10 runner in the 60, laser-timed. Offensively, balanced setup, leg-kick timing trigger, loose hands, gap-to-gap approach and fluid rhythm. 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, steady defender, reliable hands, clean release, loose arm action, high ¾ slot and throws topped at 75 mph.
5-foot-10, 150-pound, wiry, right-handed hitting infielder. At the plate, balanced setup, slight hand load and leg-lift timing trigger. Loose hands at times, long bat path, works the middle of the field and fluid rhythm throughout. 84 mph exit velocity off a tee. On the infield, steady hands, winds up at times on exchange, long arm action, high ¾ slot and throws topped at 80 mph across the infield. 4.82 runner, home-to-first.
Middle infielder and right-handed pitcher. On the mound, clean, long, loose arm action, over-the-top arm slot, some quickness. Fastball sat 74-75 mph. Curveball featured 12/6 shape. Hit a grand slam down the left field line against Top Tier National.
