1/13/19 - SEMO commit. 6-foot-6, 225-pound right-handed pitcher built with an extra-large, durable frame. Down-tempo, methodical delivery, works on line, shoulders level, square landing. Long, loose, and quick arm action from a high ¾ slot. Arm slot leads to heavy, downhill fastball. Fastball, hard boring action, 88-89 mph, topped 90 mph. Changeup, mostly matched arm speed, some fade/run, 81-83 mph. Curveball, occasionally got on top, between 12/6 and 11/5 shape.

2.11.18 - SEMO commit. 6-foot-5, 215-pound, right-handed pitcher with an extra-large, durable frame. Rotational delivery, closed and coiled at balance point; works back on-line and lands square. Long arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball is currently well ahead of other offerings. Fastball, heavy, boring action at times, sat 88-89 mph, touched 90. Curveball, 11/5 shape, loose action at times, 70-72 mph. Changeup, worked 77-80 mph.

10/31/17 - Verbally committed to Souteast Missouri State.

2017 Future Games (8.2.17) - 6-foot-5, 205-pound, extra-large, imposing, strong, right-handed pitcher. One of the more under the radar arms for Team Illinois burst out at the Future Games. Delivery is down-tempo and methodical with long, deliberate arm action, leads to raw arm strength that delivers a heavy boring fastball, touched 89 mph, sitting 85-88 mph. Fastball got a number of bad, late swings and plenty of weak contact in his two innings of work. Struck out two and did not allow a hit. Went to curveball mostly with two strikes, 68-71 mph, 11/5 type pitch, average feel. Raw, strong armed 2019 right-handed pitcher with plenty of room for continued development on the mound.

7.26.17 - Currently ranked 33rd overall in Illinois’ class of 2019 rankings. 6-foot-5, 205-pound, extra-large frame, wide shoulders, strong upper and lower halves, right-handed pitcher. Long arm action, quick arm speed, high ¾ slot, easy effort. Tall and fall delivery, smooth rhythm, works on-line, lands square. Fastball, cut action, commanded, 86-87 mph, touching 89. Curveball, 11/5 shape, gradual break, near fastball arm speed, 66-71 mph. Changeup, near fastball arm speed, mostly straight, 74-76 mph.

7.27.16 - 6-foot-5, 215-pound, big bodied two-way prospect. Offensively, right-handed hitter, balanced setup, short stride, uphill bat path; exit velocity clocked at 77 mph. Defensively, short, high ¾ arm slot, throws clocked at 77 mph across the diamond. Also, ran an 8.40 laser timed 60. On the mound, high ¾ slot, long arm action. Tall and fall delivery style, stays in line, lands square. Fastball, worked mainly straight, sat between 78-80 mph, topped 81 mph. Curveball, 11/5 shape, sat between 63-67 mph. Splitter, down in the zone, sat between 57-61 mph.

7.28.15 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound, RHP/1B. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long am action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed landing. Slow paced delivery with easy effort. Fastball showed run at 72-73 topping out at 76 mph. Curveball showed 11-5 shape with loose rotation at 59-62 mph. Changeup sat 59-62 mph. Will continue to improve with coordination and maturity. Defensively has a long arm action from a ¾ arm slot. Plays thru the ball with a clean exchange and slower actions. Threw 75 mph across the infield. Offensively hits from a tall relaxed setup with a long stride. Pull hitter with a long swing path. 74 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 8.63.
