The second annual NCTB Fall Classic Powered by Prep Baseball Report California featured 16 teams with talented players in all four current grad classes in attendance. Today we roll out a list of 15 2021 grads who caught the eye of our scouting staff during the game action 10/27-10/29 in Stockton (CA).

2021 1B/OF/LHP Blake Burke (De La Salle HS) - NCTB Navy - Big broad frame on this LHH slugger who also has pure hitting talent, power potential in large abundance. FB 80-83 mph & soft 1B hands

2021 MIF Elvin Delic (Cosumnes Oaks HS) - CBA Sacramento - Strong/compactly built INF, brings physical nature to plate, drives ball in middle of field, versatile infielder w/arm strength & some wheels

2021 C/SS Anson Aroz (Placer HS) - Chico Aces Navy - Switch-hitter w/high level defensive talents at both positions, grinding approach at the plate, arm and footwork are both good, winner-type presence

2021 RHP/INF Jake Sapien (Buhach Colony HS) - NCTB Scarlet - Lean streamlined athletic body, explosive talents, powerful fast arm w/FB up to 89 mph, CB w/bite & feel, bat talent also stood out

2021 MIF Ryan Werner (St. Mary's HS-Stockton) - NCTB Navy - Electric athlete w/switch-hitting talent on both sides, game changing speed, lightning hands at plate w/gap pwr, plus SS range w/strong arm

2021 MIF/OF Cameron Butler (Modesto Christian HS) - NCTB Navy - Athletic player all over the field, runs well (4.36 H-1), plenty of bat speed & projectable pwr, showed range in MIF, plays w/good motor

2021 1B/OF Brewster Mott (Vacaville HS) - NCTB Scarlet - Broad frame, lots of strength projection, bat speed & aggression are pluses, as much raw pwr potential as an 2021 in the region, good arm too

2021 OF P.J. Kissee (Live Oak HS) - Dub Baseball Dynasty Blue - Strong young man w/some physical field presence in the batters box, routinely made loud barrel contact, strong w/plus bat speed

2021 OF Angelo Genetti (St. Mary's HS-Stockton) - Club All Star - Very impressive hitting approach all wknd, swing trigger works, see it & ready to hit, plenty of bat speed & barrel control w/abv avg wheels

2021 C John Sheehan (Cosumnes Oaks HS) - West Coast Premier - Lanky/agile backstop w/strong arm that consistently plays, hitting tools are present w/favorably projectable frame for future power

2021 3B/C/P Dominic Rodriguez (Turlock HS) - NCTB Scarlet - Didn't get to see on mound but loved the arm across diamond, physical athletic build, swing works w/bat speed & RHH w/plus pwr potential

2021 OF/IF Matthew Diaz (Reedley HS) - Central Valley Elite - Impressive competitor w/bat speed & ability to hit good FBs, runs well/more quick than fast, built like a 2nd baseman, range showed at SS

2021 RHP/SS Fidel Ulloa (Lodi HS) - Mavericks Baseball - Lean body player w/intriguing 2-way talent, plays on move well at SS, instinctive runner. FB up to 82 w/ability to manipulate multiple movements

2021 MIF Aidan Berger (Palo Alto HS) - NCTB Scarlet - Left-handed hitting MIF w/bat speed & whole field approach. Runs w/agility & quickness, defensively showed SS instincts, range, & soft hands

2021 INF/RHP TeJean Smith (Capital Christian HS) - NCTB Navy - Displayed good pitchability and feel of 3-pitch repertoire, offensively possesses bat speed and some sneaky pop, plays w/energy
