Body: 5-foot-11, 185-pound strong frame.

Pitching: Confident. Stretch only delivery, some effort. Over-the-top arm angle, good arm speed, clean arm action. Strong balance point, uphill shoulders, a clean an athletic finish.

FB: 87-89 mph. (Max spin 2223;  Avg 2120). Feel accuracy, running action. 

CB: 74-76 mph. Tight slurvey action, sharp movement. (Max spin 2220; Avg 2207). 

CH: 79-80 mph. Feel arm side control, plus fading action. 


Tall, strong and durable look body. Shows good range of motion to his left shoulder and seems to have good durability. Large features. Starts from far right side of rubber, out of stretch for all pitches. A high hand separation to ball from glove in an abbreviated delivery style. Goes deep to well on backside with slight sit on back leg. Good strong finish with power approach. H ¾ arm slot. Has good command and control of his FB down in zone. CB has top to bottom action finishing with a late tail and fade changeup. Repeats his delivery well and looks to be a innings eater. Big strong LHP that uses a three pitch mix.

Kevin Reed: LHP/OF, (2023) Martinsville, IN. 5-foot-9, 170-pound lean frame. At the plate, the left-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 81 mph. Began in a tall stance with a small load, then used a short stride right before his swing. A level swing plane. In the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 81 mph. Had a long arm action with a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.87. On the mound, throws from an over-the-top angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed a consistent balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 78-79 mph.Has consistent command on his 12/6 curveball (63-65). His changeup (69-70) showed some action.
