Western Carolina commit.  Lanky, projectable build at 6 foot 2, 170-pounds. Hits from the right side using a balanced, athletic setup.  Loads against his back side with a small leg kick and some rhythm in his hands.  Balanced, fluid swing with barrel awareness and quick hands.  Works gap to gap with a line drive approach, keeping his barrel in the zone.  Average bat speed.  Exit velocity recorded at 82 mph.  Confident defender on the dirt.  Feet and hands work together with good rhythm.  Quick transfers and quick release with the ability to use different arm slots.  Accurate arm that topped at 85 mph across the diamond.  Recorded a 4.12 in the 30-yard dash, 4.62 in the 5-10-5, and 8-4 in the standing broad jump.

Committed to Western Carolina shortly after this event.  Premium defender is beginning to fill out his 6-foot-2, 170 pound frame.  Strength gains were evident in his performance when compared to the late summer.  Offensively, the right hander is much more quiet getting to a repeatable launch position with a slight bat tip.  Goo rhythm.  Much more direct with good feel for the barrel.  Wants extension but stayed gap-to-gap creating loft off the barrel.  Exit velocity will continue to rise with more strength, peaking at 82 mph of this day.  Defensively, the hands and feet have great rhythm and the arm works to make every throw with carry and accuracy.  Carry has continued to improve with a peak positional velocity of 85 mph.  Ran a 7.54 sixty and should see this number lower as his strength allows him to hold peak acceleration.

Lanky athletic frame at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds.  Good rhythm and feel for the game.  Advanced defender catches the ball with ease and shows better range than the 7.38 sixty suggests.  Hands work off the inside left hip, funneling to the midsection with quick, clean, athletic exchanges to a strong arm swing.  Good carry and accuracy at 81 mph across the diamond.  Has the ability to manipulate his slot based on his movement and feet, maintaining carry and accuracy.  Offensively, works from a tall base on the right side.  Leg kick and weight shift work to load the body while the bat works to a slightly lagged position.  Uphill leverage working for extension.  Barrel awareness and bat speed will improve with increased strength.  Exit velocity of 81 mph off the bat.  Good approach and feel for the barrel in game situations.

Lanky body with athletic tendencies at 6-foot-1, 165 pounds.  Still maturing with room to add strength. Ran a 7.36 sixty and should see this time improve with added strength to the frame.  Advanced defender with good rhythm in the feet and hands. First step puts him in position to work the ball off his inside left hip.  Athletic and quick transition from the belt to a quick arm and high-¾ release. Has the ability to be accurate from multiple slots. Great carry across the diamond at 81 mph out of the hand.  Fluid swing at the plate with a gap-to-gap approach from the right side. Tall and balanced, uses a slight leg kick to load the body back. Bat head loads from a flat position to a slight lag.  Working to produce some lift in the swing, creating backspin off the barrel with a good lower half. Can hit to all fields, will benefit from added strength. Exit velocity of 79 mph off the barrel.

Lanky, wiry build at 6-foot-2, 165 pounds.  Lots of growth and maturity ahead. Premium defender that makes every routine play and shows range that should increase as he continues to add strength and quickness to the frame.  7.26 sixty should improve as well with the maturation process. Active feet allow him to work outside the ball and set his angle. Catches the ball off the inside, left hip, funneling with softness to the midsection.  Soft hands lead to quick, athletic exchanges and a short arm action. High-¾ release can be altered based on the play, still showing accuracy. Loose, whippy release creates plenty of carry on the ball out of the hand.  Carry out weighs a solid arm measurement of 81 mph across the diamond. Right handed hitter is tall and balanced in his setup. Waggle in the bat head working from a flat position and loading to a lagged setup at launch.  Small stride. Good path with average bat speed. Working to create a little lift in the swing. Barrel awareness improved throughout the entire week, working to be average. Exit velocity peaked at 81 mph off the barrel in testing.

6 feet 1, 165-pound athletic, projectable build. Room to add strength.  Does a lot of things with ease and athleticism. Impressed on the infield, showing soft hands with fluid feet, and clean, quick exchanges. Plays with good rhythm, transferring to the center of his body after catch, with an easy arm action throwing from different slots. Active hands and feet worked together on routine balls and when on the move.  Accurate arm with easy carry to his throws peaking at 79 mph across the diamond. Plenty of arm to project him staying on the left side of the field as he continues to mature. Hits from the right side using a tall, slightly open setup. Smooth load, with a short stride, while getting his hands ready to attack the ball. Shows barrel awareness working gap to gap with a line drive approach. Average bat speed that will improve with maturity.  Exit velocity peaked at 77 mph and should improve with added strength and getting his lower half through the ball more. Quickness is present, showing a good burst off the line in running a 7.36 laser timed 60. Again, with maturity and the ability to maintain top speed longer, this time will improve.
On the mound he works with a fluid delivery and loose arm, throwing from a high ¾ slot. Attacks hitters with his FB at 76-79 mph and topping at 80 mph. FB has some arm side run and he can command it to both sides of the plate. CB has 1/7 tilt with gradual break at 61-64 mph. When ahead the breaking ball is thrown with more hand speed and has later bite.

Athlete that showed some ease about his game across several facets.  Stands 6-foot-1, 165 pounds with length and plenty of room to continue to add strength.  A lot of maturity to the body is expected in the coming years.  On the bump, the righty sat 78-80 from a high-3/4 slot with better than average arm speed.  Found the strike zone consistently, with heavy, hard run.  The delivery works with a quick tempo and looseness.  No fear working to the inner half of the plate.  Stays tall at balance, occasionally rolling through the balance point.  Works with easy effort, allowing his athleticism to show.  Level shoulders throughout, landing slightly closed creating some cross-fire.  Throws two breaking balls.  The slider ranged 68-69 with more side to side action.  The curveball sat 64-65 working with sharp, late 11/5 action at times.  Erratic throughout the outing, the pitch is still maturing.  The future ceiling on the curveball is high.
Solid athlete at shortstop.  Works with soft hands, easy catches, funneling to the midsection.  Active feet and quick, clean exchanges.  Loose, whippy arm presents carry and accuracy at 76 across the diamond.  Long arm action releases at a high-3/4 slot.  Showed an ability to shorten the arm action in game play and change angles when necessary.  More accurate in the natural slot.  Offensively, works from a tall and open base.  Loads to a vertical launch position, off the shoulder.  Better than average bat speed has some whip.  Has a feel for the barrel in a fluid swing geared to stay in the middle of the field with some uphill leverage.  Occasionally cuts across the ball.  Ran a 7.73 sixty.

Solid actions and an easy arm from the 6-foot-1, 165 pounder.  Plays high at times through his hips, but caught the ball with ease.  Arm works to the speed of the play, flashing solid carry across the infield when needed.  Very accurate on a variety of throws.  Right handed hitter stayed on top and in the middle of the field in his at-bats.  Worked off the barrel in a majority of his swings.  Frame has plenty of room to add strength in the coming years.
