Braylon Schneider: RHP/3B, (2025) Fremont Ross, OH. 6-foot, 160-pound. Athletic in the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 86 mph. (67.48 mph bat speed average). (21.92 mph hand speed average). Started in a tall balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a small leg kick stride. Has above average bat speed, level rotational swing plane and level finish. Found multiple barrels during his round. Pull side approach. Athletic in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 76 mph; showed average athletic feet, consistent hands, and a natural fluid exchange. Showed a long arm action and consistent accuracy to the base. Recorded a time of 7.87 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic on the mound, showed good arm speed, he had a long arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher who uses easy effort. Displays in line shoulders with an athletic balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Curveball (63-64 mph). Sat with his fastball at 80-83 mph. (21.83 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a compact load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was quick, showed a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 78 mph; had a fluid exchange, sure hands, and developing quick footwork. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 8.31. Solid on the mound, showing good arm speed he had a ¾ arm angle with a loose long arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. Sat with his fastball at 80-84 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2307; Avg 2145). Shows a 11/5 curveball (63-65) with tight action. (Max spin 1995; Avg 1904). He had slight action on his changeup (69-70).
